Weird Thing:
I used to show horses. I won a belt buckle and quite a few ribbons back in the day. And now, apparently, horses are the thing I’m most allergic to in the world. Crazy.
Other Music things:
I started playing the violin when I was five, and studied for 10 years. I wanted to be the concertmaster of the New York Philharmonic. I still think about what my life would have been like had I picked the violin instead of singing.
Favorite Musical Moment:
Making it on to the Sing Off, and having my dad tell me that I deserved a big opportunity like this because I’ve worked so hard, and that he was proud of me.

Kim I heard you in the background of many songs, but in the farewell song I have never felt such emotion in a song as I did in you singing I’m coming home. I didn’t know the song, but now I do. Please don’t ever give up on music, because you and your voice are beautiful and your heart is true. I pray for your sister and I see how she is your strenght. God be with you and your family. Thank you so much, Wendy! We all worked so hard on the show, and while it was sad to get 3rd place, we were all so proud of how we did. I just knew I had to pull it together and sound good for my last solo on the show! Ha ha! But, I’m glad it touched you. There were a lot of emotions happening that night. I am so thankful for all the fans, like you, who supported us the whole way through. I’ve been singing professionally for a long time, and you haven’t heard the last of me yet!
